"Working with Kado is a fully tailored program. I have a complex history of multiple injuries, structural challenges, and overall aches and pains that are chronic issues that rear their ugly heads differently from week to week. I also try to be super active in spite of the ailments. She is so adaptable, flexible, and creative with our program that she has all sorts of tricks up her sleeve to adjust for whatever may not be working for me on that day, or to fool me into accomplishing the same end goal. She has extensive knowledge in anatomy, nutrition, and overall health that even as a healthcare professional myself, I am fully comfortable deferring to her expertise, which has been surprisingly easy despite my Type A personality. I started training with her 2.5 years ago to tone up for my wedding, and from there, she has taken me through maintaining my athletic roots, staying healthy through football season (and playing with us!), getting me back up and mobile after a big surgery, and keeping me a fit mama during my first pregnancy. She also has a gift for networking and making friends with so many people that she has also been able to refer me to and coordinate with other movement professionals, such as PT's, a massage therapist, and a Pilates instructor, to fully maximize good outcomes. She's a fierce athlete with a super soft side and a heart of gold. There is nothing like having such a good friend you can trust with your body and mind's best interests. It all sounds like it could be so serious and businessy, but each encounter is always light hearted, fun, and even silly that it never feels like work."
