If you feel the need to get sweaty and expend energy, incorporate functional strength training into your routine, be stronger and mightier and more resilient, or want sport-specific movement training, then check out the different ways you can work out.

Getting "in shape" is about changing your habits, and it takes some real time and effort to change them. If you know you are ready to commit to this change, then consider this:
A movement curriculum designed to educate, inspire, and encourage you to create new habits that prioritize maintaining a health body.
- 1.5 hr thorough intake session, including Gray Institute 3DMAPS
- 4 60-min lessons to nail down some new routines
- Videos from your own lessons, both so you can see your improvement,
and so you can remember what we do during the lessons
- Access to resources on nutrition, recovery, and other local complementary preventive health care practices
via a shared Google Drive Folder
You can choose whether you want to take one week or four weeks to complete the lessons - it's up to you!
